Have Some Patience was started by soap fanatic Patience Jones in 2007. She wanted to create a soap that was different from what she kept seeing over and over: too floral, too overpowering, too plain, or too precious. She decided to take matters into her own hands – literally – and Have Some Patience was born.

Our soap is hand-made by Patience. We try to use natural ingredients whenever possible, including olive oil, goats’ milk, chlorophyll, orange peel and annatto. Our soap does not contain sodium laureth sulfate (“SLS”), sodium lauryl ether sulfate (“SLES”), parabens or artificial dyes.

Our soap is also hand-wrapped. The packaging was designed by Brian Jones to be striking without being excessive. Most of the wrapping materials are recyclable or reusable, including our gift box presentations. We are continuing to find ways to minimize our impact on the environment.

We do not test on animals. All of our soap is vegetarian. Our Chamomile, Gold, Green Tomato, Orange Peel and Spring Lettuce soaps are also vegan.
